2021 MPS Monster Match

Date: October 30, 2021

Round count will be 120+ for the match, but bring more for zeroing, malfunctions, etc.

Target distances will be between 25-300 yds.  Zeroing targets out to 300 yds will be available before the match.  See Schedule below for timeline.

Limited spots available

We are incredibly honored to be hosting the first annual MPS NRL22X Monster Match!  This will be a night match so those new to the night match format, please read the Night Match Details section below.  As shooters ourselves, we stive to create matches that are fun, challenging, and fair.  Stages will be deigned to push the limits of shooters and rifles both, so be prepared for a challenging course of fire.

Snacks and food, apple cider, hot cocoa and bottled water will be provided the night of the match. Please reach out via phone or email (listed below) if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them.  

Night Match Format Targets will be illuminated with either white lights or UV lights.  Shooters are not allowed to use white lights at any time throughout the match; however, shooters are allowed to use glow sticks or red or green LED lights.  Since everything but the targets will be dark, an illuminated reticle is highly recommended.

We will have a limited number of illuminated reticle rifle setups available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.  Contact us ASAP if you would like to borrow one of our setups for the match.

Range Officer (RO) opportunity We feel strongly that a big key to a high-quality match is to have good RO’s.  Good RO’s bring consistency to the stages for a fair competition. We are looking for willing RO’s to participate.  RO’s will eat free and will have an equal opportunity as the shooters for all prizes and giveaways.  Above all, RO’s will receive appreciation and respect from the match directors and shooters.  RO’s will also be given the opportunity to shoot the course of fire on Friday night.  This will give them the opportunity to shoot the match, as well as allow them to become accustomed with the stages.  If you are new to precision rifle competitions, ROing this match will be an excellent opportunity to get experience shooting with help from match directors, as well as experience spotting bullet impacts through spotting scopes.  To RO, please reach out via phone or email (listed below).
