MD: Levi Sanderson

Location: Chapel Hill, Tennessee

Date: December 17, 2022

Cost: $85 (Young Guns $65)

Date: December 17, 2022

Range Address: 2613 TN-270, Chapel Hill, TN 37034

Round count: 120

Please be aware, this match will be a NIGHT MATCH. All competitors will shoot stages 1-5 in the afternoon and then all competitors will shoot stages 6-10 in the dark. To ensure fairness across the daytime/nighttime stages, every competitor will shoot the same stages in the daylight and the same stages in the dark.

Every shooter will receive a glow stick or 2 glow bracelets at check-in, match apparel, a match meal, and a prize table walk.

Night vision is allowed but not required. Night Match Format Targets will be illuminated with white lights. Shooters are not allowed to use white lights at any time throughout the match in order to preserve everyone’s night sight; however, shooters are allowed to use glow sticks, red lights, or green lights. Since everything but the targets will be dark, an illuminated reticle is highly recommended. The props at the firing line will be minimally illuminated with either Christmas lights, glow sticks, or red lights. A headlamp may be helpful but remember it cannot be white light and it must be red or green illumination.

Zero Range

There will be paper at 50, 75, and 100 yards. Steel will be available at 100, 200, and 300 yards.

Range Officers

Dedicated RO’s are a key component of high quality matches. They increase fairness across all of the squads and remove the burden of a competitor having to be the squad RO. This match will have dedicated RO’s running every stage to ensure that all competitors and all squads are run through each stage in the same manner as the other squads. RO’s will be treated as competitors and will have the opportunity to shoot the match on Friday afternoon/evening.

****RO SCORES WILL BE COUNTED INTO THE FINAL STANDINGS***

RO’s will receive the COF with the exact same timing as every other competitor. There is no way for a shooter to know if signing up as an RO may result in better weather or worse weather than what everyone else shoots in on Saturday but either way, all of the RO scores will be incorporated into the final match standings, and count towards the official NRL22X results. Experienced, dedicated RO’s will elevate the match experience for everyone. Please consider working as an RO and please respect all RO’s who volunteered to make this a better match experience for all competitors.

RO Benefits

RO’s will be allowed to pre-register for the match before registration opens to the public, shoot the match for free, still receive NRL22X points, trophies, meals, match apparel, and prize table walks for volunteering their time and effort.

RO Requirements

  1. RO’s must be experienced NRL/PRS competitors.
  2. All RO’s must be comfortable watching for safety and proper stage execution.
  3. RO’s must be comfortable spotting and calling impacts or running the tablet.
  4. RO’s that want to shoot must be available Friday afternoon through Saturday evening. You will still be allowed to go to the hotel or go home and sleep etc but you must be available for both days. 😉
  5. If you don’t want to shoot the match but you would still like to volunteer as an RO, then you only need to be available on Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
